Our Community
The School of Education is a vibrant community of students, faculty,
staff who are researchers, former and current teachers and
educational leaders. SUSE is one of seven schools at Stanford
University. Located in the heart of campus, SUSE occupies
three major buildings: School of Education Building (also
known as Cubberley), the Center for Educational Research at
Stanford (also known as CERAS) and the newly-renovated Barnum
Center.
As prospective student, you are strongly encouraged to visit
the School this spring. Admit Events are organized for admitted
students to STEP, MA programs and PhD programs. Please refer
to your offer of admission for the date and registration information
for those events.
Visiting the campus provides a wealth of information about
Stanford and surrounding community. Among other things,
you can arrange a campus tour, search campus maps and find
out about dining, lodging and attractions in the San Francisco
Bay Area. If you plan to visit the campus before or
after the admit events for your program, please contact Visitor
Information for information about planning your visit.
We encourage you to visit Stanford as part of making your
decision to attend!
