Student stress is up and engagement with learning is down during the pandemic. A new groundbreaking study by NBC News and Challenge Success reveals the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on student well-being and academic engagement.

Based on survey responses from 10,000+ students across a range of high schools throughout the country, “Kids Under Pressure” is one of the largest national research studies shedding light on the impacts on student connection, engagement, and mental health when schools and society were disrupted by the pandemic. Join us for a discussion and Q&A on the results, implications, and takeaways from this study with Denise Pope, ’88, PhD ’99, senior lecturer in education and co-founder of Challenge Success.
