Allies99 invites you to join on Friday, January 22nd at 10AM PT/ 1PM ET for: Learning Loss and COVID’s Disproportionate Impact on Black Students — A Perspective from Educators.
For this session, Allies99 welcomes three leading experts in the field of education who will share their perspectives on structural challenges tied to race and how COVID has impacted the Black community in America:
- Janice Jackson, Chicago Public Schools Superintendent
- Lewis Ferebee, DC Public Schools Chancellor
- Ron Ferguson, Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, Founder of The Basics
Mike Fee, MBA ‘99 will moderate a panel discussion and Q&A with these experts for the first hour, followed by fifteen minutes of open discussion hosted by the Allies99 Education group with anyone who wants to continue the conversation.
