Join us for the 2018 RILE Research Conference. This is a 2-Day research conference on how race, inequality and language impact schooling. Theme: An Exploration of Interdisciplinary Research: Redefining Problems, Reimagining Possibilities & Redesigning Educational Futures
The third annual Race, Inequality, and Language in Education (RILE) Conference will focus on the intersection of issues of race, inequality and language and on diversifying voices in the academy. It seeks to move from single-issue discussions about inequality while highlighting scholarship and voices in the academy that are often denied a prominent space. The RILE conference provides a forum where voices can be heard.
Whether you are a teacher, researcher, graduate student, community partner, or friend of the Graduate School of Education we invite you to join us for this unique event. Stanford's GSE seeks to take a leading role in conducting research on issues of poverty, race, and language in schools. Launching the RILE program at Stanford allows the GSE to become a leader in this area by bringing together leading scholars from across the nation.

While pre-registration for the 2018 RILE Conference is now closed, everyone is welcome. Please plan to arrive early.
