College isn’t about getting into the “best” school but finding the right one. But what does “fit” really mean, and how can families support students in discovering it? This interactive workshop is designed for middle schoolers, freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, along with the educators and families who support them. Together, we’ll shift the conversation from stress and rankings to exploring what truly matters in a college experience. Through engaging discussions, real-world research, and practical strategies, participants will learn how to help students make informed choices, reduce unnecessary pressure, and prioritize well-being as they navigate the path to college and beyond.
