Amanda K. Kibler is an assistant professor of English Education at the University of Virginia’s Curry School of Education. Her research focuses on the language and literacy development of multilingual adolescents, particularly in relation to writing and classroom interaction, as well as ethnography, discourse analysis, and the impact of standards-based reform on linguistically diverse populations.
