This is a 60 minute presentation including didactic and discussion components addressing what is known about principles of screen time management for youth and what is known about the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on screen time use. The goal of this presentation is for participants to learn strategies to help children and adolescents to use screen time in healthier ways.
