SWAYWO (So, What Are You Working On?) is a student-led conference at Stanford Graduate School of Education (GSE) that provides a collaborative space for master’s and doctoral students to present and discuss their research in an informal, supportive environment. Founded in 2014, the conference encourages students to share projects at various stages of development, exchange feedback, and foster a vibrant academic community. SWAYWO offers an excellent opportunity for early-career scholars to gain presentation experience, build professional connections, and explore innovative ideas across a range of educational topics.

The conference brings together researchers working on pressing global educational issues, from educational inequality to technological innovation in teaching. Through keynote speakers, workshops, and panel discussions, SWAYWO helps students sharpen their academic skills and deepen their impact within the education field.
