How to nominate

Please complete the form below to nominate a PreK-12 educator, counselor, or resource teacher working with young people in a school setting. Only nominations received by the due date will be considered. Alternatively, nominate an education scholar, higher education faculty member, policy leader, edtech innovator, school administrator, or other education professional here.

The strongest nominations include details and examples that shed light on the nominee's strengths, achievements, and activities beyond what is stated in the nominee's resume/CV/LinkedIn profile. Note that at least one letter of support (1-2 pages long) written by someone other than the nominator is required. Please be sure that the letter writer's full name and email address are listed at the top of all letters of support. A resume, CV, or LinkedIn profile and second letter of support (written by someone other than the nominator - full name and email address listed at the top) are optional but recommended.

We regret that we cannot confer posthumous awards.
