Why volunteer?

Strengthen your connection. By volunteering, you contribute to a robust intellectual and service-oriented community at the Graduate School of Education and Stanford University. We hope volunteering enhances your connection to the school, the university, and networks of faculty, students, and alumni.

Make it work for you. If a volunteer opportunity requires too much time or does not catch your attention, let us know how you would like to give back to the GSE. The Alumni Relations team will work with you to explore the possibilities and connect you with ways you can make a difference.

Your involvement matters. We value your experiences at the GSE, as well as the ways you use your expertise beyond campus. Your willingness to give back to the community makes a difference to students, faculty, staff, and your fellow alumni.
