Dr. Jennifer Langer-Osuna is Associate Professor of Mathematics Education at Stanford's Graduate School of Education. Her research examines how young people develop identities as learners in collaborative mathematics classrooms, focusing in particular on the social construction of authority, influence, and marginalization among peers during student-led activity.

Dr. Niral Shah is Associate Professor of Learning Sciences & Human Development in the College of Education at the University of Washington, where he also directs the Race, Theory, and Design Lab. His research concerns how people learn racism and anti-racism.

Dr. Maxine McKinney de Royston is Assistant Professor of Secondary Mathematics Education and Multicultural Education in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. McKinney de Royston's work focuses on creating learning environments that support intellectual thriving and well-being of students, particularly Black students.

Dr. Imani Masters Goffney currently works as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics Education at the University of Maryland- College Park. Her research focuses on mathematics instruction and on interventions designed to improve its quality and effectiveness in ways that promote equity and justice especially for historically excluded students.

Dr. Emma Gargroetzi is Postdoctoral Fellow of STEM Education at University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on identity, power, and educational justice in the mathematical lives of youth. Current projects examine quantitative reasoning in youth civic composing and the possibilities for educational dignity in mathematics learning environments.
