Group Travel for non-Stanford Attendees
With a new Egencia Group Transport Service, you can now create profiles for non-Stanford attendees of your event and they can book their own flights and take advantage of Stanford’s negotiated rates. This service allows you to set policy, store credit card, run reports, receive itineraries and receipts. To request authorization to create a meeting tab, email stanfordtravel@stanford.edu.
