Learning to implement a new curricular tool means teachers will encounter problems and both generate and seek out solutions to those problems. An added layer of difficulty emerges when the faculty does not see the curricular tool as useful for meeting their students’ needs. This POLS Talk examines strategies that may contribute to the right problems, solutions, and people coming together to make implementation of an unpopular curriculum more efficient in an elementary school setting.
