College Track East Palo Alto

College Track East Palo Alto is a non-profit after school program that provides students the resources and guidance to attend and graduate from college. The program has shown remarkable success; College Track students graduate at 2.5 times the national average for low-income students. However, despite the program’s success, many College Track alumni struggle with college persistence, with only 52% graduating within six years. Our project focuses on how the organization can more effectively accomplish its mission of empowering all students they serve to graduate from college.
