CS is a small start-up charter elementary school that seeks to offer project-based learning as a core feature of its instructional program. In my talk, I suggest ways in which CS can improve the focus, facilitation, and overall design of its onsite professional development to more effectively bring its current teaching practices into closer alignment with its progressive vision.
