The graduate application (including coterm) for the 2019-2020 academic year is now closed and we are no longer accepting applications. We anticipate that the application for the 2020-2021 academic year will open in mid-September 2019. The PhD deadline will be in early December 2019 and the MA deadline will be in early January 2020.
Applicants for the 2019-2020 academic year:
Decision letters will go out electronically to all applicants. Doctoral candidates can expect to hear back by mid February 2019, followed by STEP candidates in late February 2019. ICE/IEPA, LDT, and POLS MA candidates will hear back from the GSE in early March 2019.
Knight-Hennessy Scholars develops a community of future global leaders to address complex challenges through collaboration and innovation. The program awards up to a certain number of high-achieving students with full-funding to pursue a graduate education at Stanford, including full-time masters and PhD's at the Graduate School of Education. To be considered, you must apply to Knight-Hennessy Scholars and separately apply to the Graduate School of Education graduate degree program.
