ProduceHER is a platform that will allow aspiring womxn music producers to showcase their skills to the right crowd, build upon these skills, as well as give mentors and recruiters an outlet to be more accountable towards womxn producer inclusion. Through partaking in production challenges, womxn producers can practice their creativity within a safe environment whilst receiving direct, specific feedback from reputable sources. ProduceHER will not only help womxn producers expand their skills and improve self-efficacy, but it will also cultivate a safe, interactive environment for recruiters to incorporate feedback to participants and shift their mindset towards hiring more womxn producers.
