Teens today are lonelier and more stressed than ever. Studies suggest that mindfulness meditation can improve mental health and wellbeing. While it is becoming more commonplace for teens to learn the basics of mindfulness meditation at retreats, few options exist for them to engage with these ideas and deepen their practice between retreats. Mindful Circles is an online platform for teens to practice mindfulness with the support of peers and experienced mentors. Mindful Circles offers structured, community-oriented activities through video chat to help teens integrate practices into their daily lives.
