Often, employees are promoted to a management position because they are good at their jobs, not because they have the necessary leadership skills. But time-intensive traditional training tends to cover too much and accomplish too little. Instead, Sage breaks down these skills into small actionable behaviors—sending one behavior and one reflection, once a week. As leaders perform and reflect on these small actions, they begin to develop the essential leadership skills their team needs.
